If Manson had not killed anyone, he wouldn't have been found guilty of seven counts of first degree murder and sentenced to death. He is a convicted killer. People seem to have a problem with this. ...

The point was made that Manson had not been convicted of murder and so could not be included in the thread. I pointed out this is incorrect. You need to calm down and stop being so aggressive.

Depends what you mean by kill. He did not physically kill the seven people in question, although he has claimed to have murdered others. However, he did legally kill them as he was convicted for both...

As explained in my earlier post, he was found guilty of murder under a joint-responsibility/conspiracy mechanism. As he bloody well should have been.
