Malaysia does not allow dual nationality after the age of eighteen. I believe it is possible before that though I have not seen it in writing.

My wife is due to call tomorrow the agent we are using for our son's MM2H application. He had provisional acceptance when the process was halted by the pandemic. If I get any info I will post it here.

I renewed mine in Sabah last September. I asked for 5 years. Up to then I had one 5 year and one 4 year (due to UK passport expiry date). They gave me 3 years.
