Yes, Waste of Money. If I have less mark in Reading than why can't I choose reading test only instead of sitting again in ALL 4? ALLOW me to prove my self for reading, You have already assessed me...

I would not suggest to go for new assessment as it might take another 3-4 months, Re-assessment take less time and less $$, Just fillup the application and add any new...

I think it depend more on case by case basis's, As assessment based on your experience and I found my self suitable for 261111 and I applied for it but remember they will charge...

How do I calculate the points value. Lets say, My profession (IT) is value of 60 points and someone in ship's officer value is 40 points.

FYI, ACS deadline for submission of application for review is 13 Aug 2010.

So I am planning to apply for 261112 (Systems Analyst) under schedule 3 for re-assessment.

I hope I am not mistaken...

Yes I mention my credit card details on the form. I sent it on 14th July and re-assessment got finalised on 21st July.

In my case they have charged me AU305$ for re-assessment but not free. I received my first assessment after 1st may. When I check my online status its clearly mentioned "Re-assessment" case finalised.
