Hi thanks for the info ... we have never been to Melbourne,stayed for a few months in Sydney and Brisbane though .... how much of a commute will be be to get into the city from the places you mention...

Hi,yes we are used to paying $1m plus for a wooden shed on a piece of dirt ... sea view may have to go then,also experienced the auction system which i must say i quite like ... cheers.

Many thanks for the info ..... Brighton looks ok,not really needing beaches as such but have always lived near and with a view of the sea so that was one of our criteria ..... schooling is our other...

Hi Jack 1...... many thanks for the reply,it is very interesting .... the money we receive is purely interest through lending of our funds and so is not dividend money so not sure if that would make...
