so I called it internal duc not restricted document.

How many points would each new occupation on the list attract?

There is no priority for new SOL, it just a list means who is eligible to apply for GSM. I think they prop will release a new form of CSL.
for your application, I think you need to phone DIAC about...

Queries regarding to recently release financial budget

I found that Critical Skills List is under the 2010-2011 budget column (pic attached).
As I remembered, CSL will be revoked...
