According to what immigration minister said in 8th Feb, offshore migrants especially who sponsor by family, have low employ rate than other migrants

But many of 176 family sponsored candidates are equally eligible for 175.i too had claimed 120 points while lodging my 176 visa application.this particular visa class became favourable for me(and many others) after 23rd September priority processing changes when 176 took precedence over 175.
anyways there are no clear updates concerning this particular case, are there any???
i too can change from 176 to 175 but can anyone comment whether currently pending cases will be affected anyways????

Rumour, conjecture and innuendo.......

I heard that DIAC is so fed up with everyone guessing at what they might or might not do in the future that they are thinking of cancelling skilled migration altogether.

I heard that DIAC are going to process all balance visas before 1st July 2010 so that they can have a new fresh start with fresh rules for all future skilled visas... wishful thinking well, for me at least
