Let us know what they say as it would be of interest to others if they allow a solicitor to certify docs as a notary can be expensive

From AHPRA website ...

Outside Australia, the following people are authorised to certify documents:
• Justice of the Peace (UK and NZ)
• Notary Public
• Persons appointed to hold, or act in,...

Hi TT,

are you in the UK? AHPRA are very clear in their requirements of who can certify documents and if you can't easily find a JP in England you MUST use a Notary Public (NOT a solicitor, or...

So you need a Notary Public in Cambridge / Cambridgeshire UK?

Thought I would share this info for any BE members that require a notary in the future. A notary is quite expensive and I would only recommend using them if absolutely necessary. In my partners case...
