Thanks for the explanation ab735, seeing as you did shatter my calorie free illusion the new rule I'm going to delude myself with is that if I don't have a calculator with me to do the 4.18 conversion calculation (ie, at the shops, cinema) then I'll still assume its calorie free.However I'll try and be good and do the conversion when I'm eating something at home and have my calculator at hand!!!
