Re: Moving from UK to California to work remotely for a UK company. Please Help!

Now that you have given timescales, and add the fact that it will take a year to get any visa, it seems there is not an appropriate visa for what you want to do. Sure you can get a Green Card, but if...

Re: Moving from UK to California to work remotely for a UK company. Please Help!

Wrong. You require authorization do any work while physically present in the US. Where the employer is based is irrelevant.

Is your girlfriend a US citizen, and does she make enough to sponsor...

Re: Moving from UK to California to work remotely for a UK company. Please Help!

Re: Moving from UK to California to work remotely for a UK company. Please Help!

Re: L1 visa - feeling stressed…

Deletion of what? The criminal record? That isn't going to work, since you are required to disclose all criminal convictions on your application - and yes, a caution is considered a conviction, since...

Re: L1 visa - feeling stressed…

How old was your partner at the time? Were they a minor?

This clearly was a CIMT based on the fact that it includes misrep, so does pose a potential problem, however the length of time since with...

Re: Moving from UK to California to work remotely for a UK company. Please Help!

I hear wedding bells...

Or the crushing realization of disappointment...

Just depends on how your GF reacts to your inevitable proposal. There is no 'shack up with the Mrs. and see if it works...

Re: Waiver of Ineligibility Advice needed due to 'Juvenile Caution'

The fact that you refer to it as a 'crime' is quite worrying. It implies you hold no contrition over the incident. Possession of Cannabis is still illegal, in both the UK and the US (despite what you...

Re: US Visa query

Who does your husband work for? Do they have a US presence for which he could transfer?

The truth is that many people do not have a route to move to the US. Despite it's reputation, the US is one...

Re: US Citizenship Interview Exam Delay

No. No two cases are the same, and even if filed together you should not expect them to be processed at the same rate.

Re: Help

I agree with everything Pulaski has said. Frankly, the chance of you landing a visa in the specific area you mention would be very unlikely unless you focus on businesses in that specific area.

Re: ACRO - No live trace - does this impact approval of I-130
