Non-immigrant VISA to attend Family Marriage in USA
My Cousin marriage has been finalised in Nov, 2025 but i got the non-immigrant visa appointment in March, 2026. Do we have any way or process to engage embassy on this to get the visa interview early as family group.

Unlikely, but you can ask. A visa is an individual thing, USG dosen't really care about timescales, they need to follow their procedures.

That isn’t a valid reason for an expedite but you can keep checking for cancellations and may get an earlier slot.
