Saw his last tour in 2006 just after we moved here and we got seats in the last 2 rows of the balcony in Victoria.

The Magnolia Hotel and Spa is only 1 block over from the Empress and has great views of the Parliament buildings.

Along the other side of the inner harbour the Inn at Laurel Point is good along...
