it’s hard to calculate because you have to have all your own information in terms of deductions, it’s not just your W2 and once resident you are subject to tax on your worldwide income, not just US...

must be really old if it references INS… if “they” wanted to provide proof they could just issue a K1s like they are now do for L2, with L2s that acts as an EAD to solve that timing issue…

at 21 I had a USC GF but was not ready to get married… I researched ALL the options like the OP has started doing a then worked the TYP…...

The UK needs a SA109 / P85 because most people are PAYE and never file a tax return and also because tax is on the remittance basis so foreign income can be excluded in some cases, the US does not...

In my experience even with the details in the bank transfer a call is needed to “allocate” it to the record… but I always wait 3-4 months first to see if it posts on the website.

your right, no visa for what your looking to do.. if it’s only a UK company it probably would not get in to “legal trouble”, when you get caught working illegally though you would likely be deported...
