How long to get "touched" for the fiance visa?

Hi there,

Once you sent in your fiance visa packet...how long did it take for them to email the little notice saying they opened your packet?

Oh no, I just found that my packet (since i live in Ohio) is supposed to go to the Nebraska Service Center....and our letters are addressed to Cali.

Will this matter?
