We have lived and loved being in Auckland for the last 5 years. Starting from scratch we have bulit up a great life, lovley house, enjoyable jobs, friends and social life....

I think they meant what did you do about covering up downlights which are for the room below but recessed into the attic. It's a fire risk if you cover them up.

The two main companies in terms of coverage are Telecom and Vodafone with Telecom having slightly better coverage.

2 Degrees is good in the main cities but outside that are pretty shocking however...

Scour trademe for cheap wood and get excited when it is cheap as it is need seasoning and splitting. I have found out I love splitting wood :)

Both include ACC and NI, it's got nothing to do with averages but a fact that above $30k a year you will pay less tax in NZ then in UK.

I do agree the lack of a basic rate band is scandalous and...
