Absolutely,
I blow hot and cold all the time - it's a huge step, and yes it will be tough at times, but as they say no pain, no gain! (that's my current mantra anyway - we are heading out in July!)

That gives me a good idea what to budget for... in any case, seems quite a bit cheaper than in the Greater London area (there's a surprise!! - ha!)
