Yeah I saw that too, must admit I havent read into it all yet but they also want things like proof of marriage like joint accounts/joint rental agreements/ names on household bills etc etc

Congrats on the move, I live in South San Jose and can give you some idea of what we pay

2 bed 2 bath 1200sq ft apartment is $2400 / month rent
on top of that is about $60 ish for water and...

Go to World Market , there are a few about one on Stevens Creek and one on Blossom Hill Road. They sell a lot of Britsupplies like Typhoo and Yorkshire Tea and various chocolates that you may miss....
