I didn't know we needed a Certificate of Conformity, both cars are new and one is a Land Rover imported from Germany...

You haven't mentioned whether you know the area, or know it well. My advice, for what it's worth, is that before you think of a major life-style change, visit the area at different times of the year....

I agree, mould on the walls is a real buggar but I was given a good tip last year. Fill a spray bottle with neat Lixivia (bleach) and spray the affected area. Don't bother to wash it off, let it dry...
