Thank you for your info, I always spend money in Waitrose and Lidl when I am in Alagave, I will look into renting a small room in Quarteria or near by for the summer months mabie 2 months if I can...

Hi, Yes you are correct it was a Ford Van but then as it would be too hot, I am thinking of buying a people carrier and removing all the seats and sleeping with the windows down and sunroof open.

Hi thank you for your info, I have my family in Surrey London. So I could do the same route, yes I would be doing it myself. I will look at buying a van like a ford galaxy and try to do this journey....

My "camping" is different, I have a plain van and would like to park it in the bays outside the various hotels and simply sleep, no one would know somebody is inside

Yes you have a valid point, I just feel the Long journey from London to Quarteria would be very difficult. However I will need to do some research on the most stress free route to get me there.
