Cheers for reply mate. Yea I know all about the state licensing as my ex flatmate in Liverpool was an Aussie spark from Victoria, he's just gone back. I believe that an NZ license is transferrable...

You mention you've been working as a spark on a WHV for over a year, how have you managed this given the WHV is a one year visa? Did you do the 3mth specified work thingy to have a second year...

sounds cool Derren, but I just can't understand the role of VETASSESS then, if this can be done far easier and cheaper. Seems too good to be true.

So I apply for an WHV and then an ARTC through TRA? Then I need to go to WA in order to get my license? So say I "rock" up in Oz with an ARTC, how long will it take to get a license and then transfer...
