Re: Best Shipping company?

Well, I'm guessing that was my post. If so, I wasn't under any illusion about the process but when a company says to me "We can get your stuff on a container that is sailing in 10 days" then I expect...

Re: West London to BC - and need of insider info

Re: Importing goods while on TWP

:D - A grapevine is a grapevine; sometimes they are right and sometimes not. I had thought it through - hence me asking the question! I'm never one to pass up an opportunity!

Importing goods while on TWP

I've searched and checked the wiki to no avail...

I'm in BC on a TWP and heard through the grapevine that it was possible to import goods (in my case, a boat) from the US without paying taxes due...

Re: UK driving Licence to Canadian Licence

In BC, at least, they are very specific about how the evidence from UK insurers is presented; it isn't difficult - just specific. Search the Canada section of the site and read the Wiki as there is...

Re: UK driving Licence to Canadian Licence

They took both parts of ours and kept them, issuing a new BC licence with no driving test required although they did ask a few road knowledge questions and we had to do the eye test. Would be worth...
