I have a house in Frankston available for short term rental.
It is old but clean and comfortable. It is a 20 min walk to the train station
or buses pass by.

It's a no-brainer. Go for the Mornington job. Rent a place near the Esplanade.
You'll love it.

Inner Melbourne suburbs are overrated and overpriced.
Mount Eliza or Frankston South are great value.
Toorak Ladies College is one of Melbourne's best schools.
