When you contact them, what email address do you use and what do you use to reference your application as I couldn't see any reference numbers in any of my emails (mine has been sent to London)

I didn't fill out the family info form in capital letters and it was accepted, I would however fill it out on your computer and then print it rather than handwriting, much clearer that way
