I had read the guide but thought I'd seen somewhere that spouses and dependent children don't have to have medicals - probably getting confused under mountain of paperwork.

Thanks again JAJ, I was born pre 77 so that clarifies the issue for me. Do you know if my wife and kids need medicals and police checks? Seems a bit OTT given age of children.
