We used PensionPete here in Nova Scotia and he was awesome. My wife formerly worked with HMRC in the UK and believe me...she put him through the ringer but he really knows his stuff. ...

I must agree...that sounds extremely suspicious. On another note, I have dived head first into living in Canada and actually think I put more time in Horton's that most of the workers!

I will be in Toronto on business shortly and someone suggested a steakhouse named Harbour60? Anyone tried it? I was told it is extremely upscale but well worth it.

I'm not sure if this helps but regarding driver's licences...some of my mates from NI switched over their licences while in England so they would be accepted in Ontario straight away. I don't see...
