As I know funds may include not only cash, but also real property or investments appraised at fair value.

You'll have an obligation to live in the sponsored state during 2 years. After that you can live anywhere in Australia.

I'm 175 visa (non-CSL, MODL) applicant. I have lodged my application in July 2008. This week my agent wrote me that he expected the case officer will be allocated only in May 2010. So suggestions...
