tourist visa query

Hello Forum members,

My parents ( with indian passport) have got a tourist visa for Australia. VEVO check page has below:

My query is, can they travel for multiple times and stay for 3 months...

i dont understand DIAC policy of additional fee for spouse if applied later &
not requiring fee if dependents are added in the initial application....

also wat is to do with validation...

Btw, i have been allocated CO one month back...CO requested for PCC & meds... I think CO should check the file after 28days(timeline given by CO to provide docs)...

Is it required to notify CO that meds are finalised by HOC and the requested docs (PCC) are uploaded?

If yes, is it via PLE or email ?

having cold on the day of meds? will it be a problem
