We're leaving on a jet plane - all sorted with our 40kg. Malaysian air backed down and gave us the allowance after a full refund was demanded

Our amazing agent, Rene, and all at Flight Centre...

I'm so gutted as I don't know what is happening with our plans now.

Basically our travel agent managed to get us 40 kg on Malaysian airlines (which was a prerequisite) - she got us a good price...

We are flying Malaysia and they are giving us 40 kg each as well.

Something of interest - certain airlines will only offer the 40kg if you go through certain agents

ie: Malaysia - Flight...

Just spoken to Singapore Airlines and they will up your limit to 40kg as long as you have a visa that has never been used before. They were really sweet and helpful - unlike Cathay Pacific who just...

we are leaving either the 27th August or the 30th August depending on which airlines gives us the biggest baggage allowance. At this stage we only get 20kg each which is really not much
