Can somebody please tell me how other applicants (Non CSL Non MODL Non State Sponsored just SOL) are being handled now.... When are we going to be allocated a CO..any sooner or we just have to Wait...

Hmmmm...this is what they are saying now New 175/176 non CSL/MODL/SRS applications prior and after 1st of Jan will not be handled within this fiscal year, the new fiscal year starting June 2009....

Going in to Gvt.Sponsorship is yet again money consuming it requires you to pay the fee again and even after that who knows what will happen. Direct PR is better one way or another cos it will...

What happens to your application after lodging..does it just sit there to be taken by a DIAC official or some one else other...

This is kind of “Bad News” (It is)...so bitter...at least DIAC should have imposed this kind of ruling on the applicants after 1st of Jan 09 without disappointing the applicants who lodged their...

Does allocation of CO's depend on the profession you apply? For Eg do you think Doctors and Health related occupations are prioratised even if they dont fall into CSL MODL..State Sposership? Like you...

Exclamation Legislation Changes scheduled for 15 March 2009

Hi guys

Soon after the last legislative changes here comes another scheduled on the 15th of March...(Refer to DIAC Website)i don't think we should panic but something tells me this time its not...
