Please excuse my ignorance but what exactly does "going round the flagpole" actually mean and involve ? I am a Brit living in the USA so you will just have to excuse me .

Was just checking out of curiosity in this mornings flier.
The low end of the price range is $399 for a..... 32" class 720p 60Hz HDTV.
All the way up to $2199 for a 55" telly.
The US and Canadian...

Quite frankly in my opinion its too much messing about.
If you are bringing some DVD's over you can get a multi-
standard DVD player and purchase a new TV over here
which will enable you to play...

A good point,but in most cases of this nature a notorised copy would suffice. But it would be better if you check through the official channels jic.The law regarding this is continually changing.
