i really do not give a fat rats ass, when someone has cancer you fight for life, my mother died within weeks of finding out she had it and i spoke to her on the day she died and was still fighting,...

NOT sure if its due to the info on my mum or not, but he said that i would be being checked at 40, i have a couple of years yet, but i suppose after the last few months he is keeping a close eye on...

You can either go with been here 1yr working or if the employer will write a letter explaining they...

Not hard to do, contact your hospital and ask for the records, they will photo copy them and send them over.
i have just had to get some medical records for someone and mine was alittle harder, but...

OH an industrial electrician had to qualify for his exam with references and proof of qualification from the uk.
Only received a 12 mth twp as he had to sit his exam within 6mths of being here, also...

Save yourself the money hun ;)
Our doctors here never wanted them and they make you have a pap test anyway and go through your history.
I supplied the kids red books and that is all they wanted ;)...

but why try to take the payment via CC and send an email to say the date had expired....it doesnt has until 2012 on it and enough funds :huh:
