Try www.ozhouserental.com Nice selection of fully furnished rentals for very reasonable prices. We've just finished a 6 week stay at one of the properties and it was fantastic!

My hubbies carpentry certificate arrived today via our agent. He passed his test in Oct 08.

Apparently they do arrive eventually!!

CONGRATULATIONS!!!!

Am very pleased to see a WA sponsered 176 go through! Maybe I'm next??? CO since Feb, pcc sent May, medicals were finalised 15th May. Try really hard not to think about it too...

We are still waiting patiently for our visa at the moment but were wondering if and when we get our Visa do we all need to visit Oz to validate it? Hubby is applying for a 176 state sponsered...

This threads gone a little bit quiet so I'll add our news. It's not a visa grant but we do have a CO so there is slight movement on the Dec 08 applications!!

hi andybhoyperth sorry about the delay getting back to you but the wife is away at the mo and all notifications go back to her email . anyway it took 1 month from being lodged to being approved.

My OH passed his Carpentry test in Oct 08 and we received letter of completion, via our agent, from Victoria University in Jan 09 to apply for our certificate. At the moment we've heard nothing...
