My timeline is application receieved London and medicals May 4th 2011

canada police check for spousal app

My application for spousal sponsorship (outland) is currently in London as "application recieved" since May 4th.

I am in Canada on implied status and am wondeing if anyone can say if CIC asks for...

Ilisted no one on this form, as I included my parents and spouse (my sponsor) on the IMM 5406 form, and we have no children.

imm 0008- can anyone confirm?

For an outland spousal app....schedule 1 back ground declaration...

does the sponsor also have to complete a copy of this? or is it just me as the person being sponsored? Im getting mixed advice...

yes I think that form has to be completed twice if im not mistaken ...once for the sponsor and once for the person being sponsored.

I believe the photos are 8...with one signed and date...

returned outland sponsorship

so my wife and i just recieved the returned outland app from mississauga with a letter:

"complete additional family info (imm 5406) for the sponsored person and each family member 18 or over....

thanks...it stated in process on ecas so I hope thats the case.

Im wondering if they are requesting a canada police check as im on implied status over 6 months in canada..just a disapointment as...

spousal sponsor stage 1

MY outland sponsorship was delivered to Msga CIC in March for the 1st stage for my wife to be approved as sponsor.


Just checked ECAS and discovered this troubling comment. has anyone encountered...

Question 6- " if you are sponsoring a member of the spouse in canada class, do not compltete and proceed to 7.

fee payment

regarding paying the fees for spousal sponsorship, is it ok if someone else pays the fees ( another family member ) or does the reciept have to show the spouses info?

Just finishing of the application for spousal PR (outland).

Q10 asks if the sponsor is cdn citizen and date she became one. she was born in canada, would it be her birth date?
