Hi there a quite a few folks (me included) than needed to file a waiver but this one guy Charlie S (search for his handle here)

yeah we got no stamp at the peace bridge coming in at fort erie however we did go sraight to our local office and after politely insisting a few times that we were entitled...

Good Idea...really it's about consequences isn't it. Unless the foreign born has a record or something...the odds are good the k1 will be approved...6 months to a year to wait on the visa is...
