Planning on moving to the US next year on either an E2 or L1 visa. It will be just for a couple of years to establish US operations of our company and I'm not overly fussed about the visa...

My fault - I meant the VWP and not B1 - I thought that the VWP basically lead to the granting of a B1 or B2 at port of entry.

So my son automatically inherits, for want of a better term, a 457 visa then. Guess it'll just be a case of filling out some forms to get him properly on the visa then? Have I understood correctly?

Wow - had a Kia Sedona (think thats the same as the Carnival) in the UK. OH loved it over there.

Will defo steer clear of them at this side of the planet though.
