hmmm - well the T1135 is for both, however they have specifically asked for 'a document from the issuer, and name of payer etc.' relating to the amount declared as foreign income (not income...

- just received a letter asking me to provide "For income exempt under a tax treaty, an official document from the issuer...

well, faxed & sent registered post letter explaining the situation, so now in the lap of the gods, or rather on someone's desk at CRA.

I am told it takes 4-6 weeks to process, so fingers crossed...

i see what you mean - the question is whether the amounts for gardening, ground rent, insurance, cleaning etc. should be grouped with agent's fees or not.

this makes a difference of, say 200...
