There should be a way to complain about it because as you now the normal life of the visa applicants are on hold until they are granted or rejected the visa.
You know being on hold more than 2 years...

I actually don`t know DIAC is checking my background now , just external checks.

I am from a high risk country but all of my employment references are complete and I don`t think the delay is related to that.
Maybe being a high risk country applicant is the cause but I had seen a...

There are alot differences between HR and LR applicants reagrding their ideals and situations.

Maybe because their application take much more than LR applicants to finalize but I personally didn`t take much care till the month 20 but after that I think it is going unusual.

My application is under routine external processing sine october 2008 (more than 9 months) and every time I call DIAC or send PLE they answer the same.
