In my opinion you can deposit cash in your credit card account which will increase your limit and would allow you to make transaction which is cash deposited plus your credit limit

You can go to hasan square and can easily find a translator, notary public will attest it. Well you can use your matric certificate as a proof of your birth. I did the same and it was accepted.
