hi barryand linda, we are on golf 3 and having read of your problems can only sympathise, We have had minor problems as everyone has but i would urge you to meet with luis and try to find a solution...

After speaking to louis today the town hall were inspecting phase 3 on cabanas golf today and guaranteed me that the licence will be thro in no more than 3 weeks, at least now it looks like we are...

we havent moved in any furniture yet, will do that when we have signed but we are very happy with the apartment and area whether its an investment not too sure:cool:

I think as you need to arrange your mortgage it would pay to snag the apartment while you are waiting,when we were their last we made a list of things nothing major but the grouting in various rooms...

Yes I can identify with all you have said.. unfortunately! Still we are trying to keep a positive attitude ,though difficult at times. I think we will be doing the same in as far as booking flights...
