Looks like Duja have chosen to pretend not to have seen the last entry.
They will have read it but by ignoring it they pretend that they have not read it,but we know they have,everybody gets a notification that web page has a new entry.At least we know how Duja treat people.Very bad way to treat
people no wonder they changed their name from Royal Marbella Group.
If they were acting fairly they would be here saying so.

We have bought on Cabanas Beach and have a few unresolved problems with faults in the apartments (no surprise there!). They seem to have changed their email addresses - does anybody have email addresses for anyone working at the Tavira office - ie Louis Constantine, Celia, etc?

I believe they have changed their e-mail address, I wonder why? Have you tried Sancho at the following address [email protected] This address only works when it suits him though. Good luck

There is an old London expression that says "he would skin a turd for a profit",looks like Duja fit this expression well.
I have learned over the last 23 years never to trust a Portuguese in business,many of them seem to be completely without morals or conscience. What sad lives these people lead.

Just to put your minds at rest we Duja Sociedade de Construção lda are contracting a cleaning company we have already contracted a gardens&pool maintenance companies to look after of Phase 2 Phase 3 and Cabanas Beach 1, so I can give you my word that everything will be as if we had a Condominium Company in place once we have 50% of the apartments completed in each phase we with yourselves will chose the company to manage it for there on. I have requested a quotation for pool beds and mattresses for each condominium and that will be an offer from us Duja to the condominium.
And for does that have waited so long my thank you to have believed us and we are her and will be to help. I’m sure that for does that always have criticised this is a sad moment because in there mouth we would never made it to this day for those I just have a word GET A LIFE or buy a book to read in your spare times and don’t come to this forums making the genuine people that have invested more worried and more scared that they already have been.

Again thank to all our clients that have believed on this team in Portugal and look forward to have a drink with you all in the sunny Cabanas Golf and Beach 1.

And if any Beach 2 clients are in this forum you know my number but one thing I can tell you the green light is one to start.

We are also in the same position re misselling of property in Cabanas Golf.
We have a court case pending with Duja for breach of contract (exceeding completion date by over 2 years) but we also feel that Roseberry have some questions to answer.

As of Friday 9th April Duja Spain went into voluntary administration

Duja Portugal are on this site saying separate company from Spain.
Hopefully nothing has changed on that.

Information from our solicitor.It would seem that Duja Portugal and Duja Spain are two branches of the same company

Just joined Forum and like many others we have paid our deposit in 2006 on Beach2.

I was in Cabanas in late 2009 and although the site has hoardings around it there is no sign of any development starting, if anything it looks like the site has been reduced in size due to other developments being constructed.

Anyway that aside we have had a court hearing with Duja but await a further hearing to conclude Duja's breach of contract and a return of our deposit.

I visited Duja's office's in Tavira and was told Duja was in the process of being taken over by a large development Company and all contracts would be transferred in the sale. I suspect this would make it a more difficult process in getting our deposit back if that happens, and would have thought that any take over would involve ours and your approval in some way.

I have continually tried to contact Duja since my visit but have not had any reply which is a concern.

I heard only yesterday that Duja Portugal have gone into administration and would greatly appreciate any information anyone may have confirming this.

Could you advise who you heard this from?
