We signed 27th March and all services on by 16th April...our solicitor did a superb job for us.
The flights are booked for the 18th April

Will enjoy whatever the weather...as long as we get some sun thats good enuf.
Luis said a few pages back that will get the landscaping done by our L shaped block...I'll update if any progress made.
We were supposed to be getting 2,000 euro's on completion from the agent we viewed through,Sunrise-Homes.They tell me that Duja are not being helpful on this..so if they don't get paid we don't either.
I sent Duja an e mail 10 days ago but no response to date.I will update when I have seen them in Tavira.

New Member. Cabanas golf 2.
Having just read through the last 21 pages of notifications I am glad we have only just joined the blog. We might have been very concerned with the problems so many people have experienced. We were worried about the delays and the lack of communication and the pace replies from Duja seemed to take. We have now completed it went remarkably smoothly the solicitor arranged all the services and we have enjoyed our first week in the development. We were the only residents in the entire complex for the whole week. You do have to keep contacting and pushing and if anyone needs any help with very reliable transport information or furnishings we have been through it all so we are happy to offer info.

My son is due to complete on April 30th, his lawyer is sorting out the utillities so we are all looking forward to coming over mid May fingers crossed. He has not seen the place yet, so hopefully he will be pleasantly surprised. Be nice if there were a few others over there to put faces to the names.

Im new to this site! I have bought an apartment in Golf Phase 1. (I think I have - I say that beacuse it may have been sold to someone else also!) Can anyone please confirm when the habitation licences were issued or even key were handed over? has anyone ever had compensation for the late completion? and has anyone had dealing with Your Place Abroad in Bramhall?

Dear All,
Just to put your minds at rest we Duja Sociedade de Construção lda are contracting a cleaning company we have already contracted a gardens&pool maintenance companies to look after of Phase 2 Phase 3 and Cabanas Beach 1, so I can give you my word that everything will be as if we had a Condominium Company in place once we have 50% of the apartments completed in each phase we with yourselves will chose the company to manage it for there on. I have requested a quotation for pool beds and mattresses for each condominium and that will be an offer from us Duja to the condominium.
And for does that have waited so long my thank you to have believed us and we are her and will be to help. I’m sure that for does that always have criticised this is a sad moment because in there mouth we would never made it to this day for those I just have a word GET A LIFE or buy a book to read in your spare times and don’t come to this forums making the genuine people that have invested more worried and more scared that they already have been.
Again thank to all our clients that have believed on this team in Portugal and look forward to have a drink with you all in the sunny Cabanas Golf and Beach 1.
And if any Beach 2 clients are in this forum you know my number but one thing I can tell you the green light is one to start.

We completed on Beach 1 some months ago and are very pleased with the apartment. Just a query tho' does your offer of sunbeds and parasols extend to Beach 1, as we were there last week and would really appreciate sunbeds for the summer season as would our guests.
