Also yes - I agree re H&R Block, we're just super busy and went to them. It cost and arm and a leg!

My lease says nothing about pets either and I'm hoping to get a dog (providing my LMO is sorted ASAP!)

All my neighbours seem to have dogs..... however I think I'll mention it to my landlord...
