Hi ! we had ours done at poole road medical centre. Xrays have to be done at Nuffield. We saw DR A'Ness, lovely doc, fast effecient and genuine wanted to know all about it. I would reccomend her but...

what do you take for the xrays?

Hi all, very quick question, for the xrays you have to take, passport, 2 photos, and the IMM1017 forms...anything else? and do they give you the form back so you can take them to the medical?? :huh:

I am perscribed 30mg amytriptaline, per day and sumatriptan when needed and i still get ill twice a month with migraine. I am saving as many of my pills as poss, as i think sumatriptan is about $150...

Passport request with medical request

Got a letter today with passport request with our written medical request! So pleased , :D Got 30 days to send them off after medicals are done. Lets just hope they dont find anything nasty.

We havn't been asked for passport yet, but then we hadnt had the paperwork for med request through post yet, just had the phonecall to say it was on its way. Still booked the medicals though.
