Just my (probably extremist) opinion. If the company is stuck in the last decade and won't use new technology, they probably won't have a great workplace.

If you want good quality, use Skype instead of a phone. If the company interviewer doesn't use Skype, it is probably not a place you want to work at anyway.

I'm shocked.

When I applied for a U.S. 4-month visa, it took 6 months of waiting, an embassy visit, tons of paperwork, and lots of verification.

I applied for an Australian working holiday visa...

Yep, I'm going on BUNACs Work America program. I'm in university just now (being 17 at uni really sucks by the way!) so should get the visa, almost everyone does.
