@infojami: I think it's because I'm only the secondary applicant that's why it's faster than normal...

If you did an online application, then you can check the status online.

You will need a Transaction Reference Number (TRN)

You can get a certificate of medium of instruction (English) from your spouse's university. That's what I did. I also attached my diploma and transcript of records.

Yes, he is in Australia. I asked him to send the money here instead of paying there because of the conversion rate (long story). I misunderstood what's posted in the immi website. I am worried...

No, can only do paper-based.

I lodged my application last week and received an email today stating that my payment was deemed invalid. I sent them a manager's cheque payable to the Australian Embassy as this is what is stated in...
