For police verification just apply to police authority( in BD we apply to Commissioner DMP).
From where you can get list of your countries authorized hospitals for Meds.

For PCC in KSA , you need recommendation letter which can be provided by DIAC only. how you get that letter for your current country.

List of panel doctors: Immigration Panel Doctors

Not every country requires reason or letter for the application of PCC, you can refer to this document. In some countries, you just simply apply for the PCC

Default Re: December 09 Applicants

I had my medical 2 weeks ago and the medical centre have mailed my stuff off.
My problem is: I had put on the form where it should be mailed to - the name of my case officer, the team (ie team 4) and the Adelaide address that it states (level 4, Currie St, Adelaide). But it appears that according the tracking info (that the medical centre has kindly emailed to me) that the medical centre have mailed the paperwork to Australian High Commission in Sydney!

Is this where it is supposed to go to? Did I get it wrong by thinking that it went to my case officer? Or have the medical centre posted it to the wrong place?...I hope not as delays are not something any of us hopeful migrants/visa applicants want

Also with regard to the police clearance checks: do they send out 2 copies? i.e. one to me and one to Australia? I am confused as I have read on a few threads on BE that some people have uploaded their own forms! Meaning I guess that a copy does not get sent to Australia! I did put on the form the address of my case officer details to post it to.

As far as I am aware, if they are sent via mail then they go to Sydney Here is the address Courier address
Health Operations Centre
Level 3/26 Lee Street
Sydney NSW 2000

Postal address
GPO Box 9984
Sydney NSW 2001

As far as police check, you only needed to send it bak to yourself! All you need to do is scan it into computer and send it via this link to DIAC

https://www.ecom.immi.gov.au/visas/a...N&group=travel You will find all of your other documents here too.

Question Re: December 09 Applicants

Dear All,

I need help to prepare a StatutoryDeclaration in order to declare my name misspelling in my eucational documents. , I have prepared one but need to get varified by someone Who has excellent written skills & has knowledge to prepare such(legal) documents.

I will appriciate your help.

Regards

MAIN PART OF StatutoryDeclaration
.............make the following declaration:
1. Correct spelling of my name in English language is CORRECT_NAME, which is mentioned in my Passport PASSPORT_NUMBER.
2. Following is the list of documents where my name is misspelled.
LIST OF THE DOCUMENTS
3. From the list it can be observed that same authority who released a set of document have correct and misspelled name in different document. I believe, it was due to different way of pronunciations of the persons responsible for release of document.
4. All above listed documents referring to me (CORRECT_NAME) only.
I understand that a person who intentionally makes a false statement in a statutory declaration is guilty of an offence under ...............

I want to keep all option open for working & living any state of australia.
I am OK with timeframe of processing.

Can any one suggest me.

1. When I will come to know DIAC accepted my score and agreed to proceed with my application.

2. Upto which stage of application processing DIAC will accept State sponsership if new guide line released or any exceptional situation due to my score reduced to less then 120 .

Thanks Buddy, I agree with you.
The Question is not at all related to date of application , I just want my message read by maximum senior member.

I got my answer , will remove my question from all other threads.

with regard to the PCC, how long after mailing to the police dept does anything take to happen? i posted the forms off 2 weeks ago and the cheque has been cashed from my account. ie what happens from now and when? (with regard to PCC only) do i need to do anything else?

Hi Ann,
Our PCC took 20 days to arrive from posting - that was the 'standard' service.
Hope that helps
