hi just got married last week... and planning to include my wife in my application.. right now I still dont have a CO...
Have some questions...
1. What form should I use for change of status? and include my wife as my dependent?
2. What are the documents needed?
Thanks in advance...

Firstly, congratulations on getting married.
secondly, it suggests send a PLE.

You will need to send a post lodgement enquiry informing DIAC of your new spouse. You will also need to provide her birth certificate, passport biopage, proof of english ability (IELTS or university degree), marriage certificate and police check and medical when you do yours.

She can use her own surname if that is what she prefers. Many women all over the world don't change their names to their husband's upon marriage.

We got married during the process.
We sent a Update detials form (my wife was already on the app). As a result the visa was issued in her married (my) name on the VISA.
Her passport was still in her maiden name.
At heathrow this caused great concern as my wife had no VISA in her maiden name prior to boarding.
After a call to DIAC by Quantas the issue was resolved.
