Hi Ya,
Have you tried the "Old Amsterdam" and "Ripenyear". Both Dutch and stronger than most Gouda type cheese. Expensive but worth it if you are looking for some extra "bite" to a cheese. Not sure...

We are Brits in the USA (Virginia) and just done the Police check here. Not sure which State you are in but we contacted the State Police and they arranged an appointment for finger...
