I left the U.K. 7 years ago. I now live 8-9 months each year in US, 3-4 months in Australia (family split). As I get older though the traveling gets harder. One day soon I'll have to make my mind up.

Actually I did read all of the posts in this thread and many other threads. I decided that any potential tax liability was far out-weighed by the benefit of actually having the cash to pay my bills....
