Why at that point is the GC only extended for 1 year instead of getting the 10 yr GC? What happens after that following year? :huh:

27th January 09 approved!
23rd April 09 Visa approved!
30th April 09 Left the UK.
7th May 09 Married & flew to Hawaii on honeymoon!
4th June 09 AOS...

I appreciate that Rene... He's currently covered with Aetna privately... But he applied to add me to his last night and they declined.

I've seen some threads about not being able to get insurance...

No, all I took with me for that was the I-134 and letters from my fiance's employers confirming he has a contract with them (he is a contractor)... I didn't have anything relating to his tax returns...
