Yes she had to change things 4 times. We typed out the letter the way we wanted it and asked them to do it in that way. They made some minor changes and gave a letter to our satisfaction.

If you read the instructions for packet 3, it will say you have to send in the DS-156+DS-156K, DS-157, DS-230 Part I to the embassy as soon as possible (ASAP!!!!!). Because the embassy needs those...

It usually takes 2-3 weeks for the approved I-129F petition to reach the London Embassy via NVC. VSC is situated close to NVC. However its vacation time. So limited staff everywhere.
